camsurf banned me and i literally just opened app, didnt even talk yet. why this happen

Hi Mafer! Super frustrating but yeah it can happen. Auto moderation sometimes flags background stuff, low light, or camera angle before chat even starts. VPN/proxy usage can trigger it too on some platforms. Try again with bright room, face clearly visible, no posters/screens in background, and no VPN. If ban stays, send appeal from their support form with screenshot/time.
