how is chitchat.gg different from omegle? isnt it basically the same thing just new name?

Hey Lea, great question! On the surface it might look similar since both let you chat with random strangers but Chitchat.gg is actually quite different under the hood. The biggest thing is safety, they use AI moderation that actively monitors conversations which Omegle never really had. They also have interest filters so you get matched with people who like similar stuff instead of being totally random. And the whole interface just feels more modern and clean. We actually gave it one of our highest scores so far. Definitely worth trying if you miss the Omegle concept but want something safer!
