joingy says it has interest matching but does it actually work or is it just random anyway

Hey Mikael! So Joingy does have interest based matching and it does try to pair you with people who entered similar interests. In practice though it really depends on how many people are online at the time. If there arent many users with matching interests it will just connect you with someone random anyway. Its better than nothing but if interest matching is really important to you Chitchat.gg does it better because they have a bigger active user base so there are more people to actually match with.
