Gender filters on these platforms are never perfect and even when you pay for them you still end up getting matched with people outside your preference sometimes. The free version of MeetSkip works fine for basic random video chat. If you really want better filtering options Chatspin has more reliable premium features or you could try Shagle which also offers paid filters but at least has a bigger pool of users to match from.
