Hey Laura, yeah that can happen and its usually not a bug. If there arent many users in your region/time zone the pool gets small so you see repeats fast. Try again at a different hour, specially evening in US or Europe, usually better traffic then. Also switching interests can help a bit so you dont stay in the same mini pool.

Hi Dmitry! This is actually a pretty common complaint we hear about Ome.tv. Their moderation system uses AI to detect certain things and sometimes it gets it wrong honestly. Could be something in your background, lighting, or even just bad luck with reports from other users. You can try appealing the ban through their site or clearing your browser data and trying again. If it keeps happening you might want to try a different platform for a while.

Hey Marcos, good question and totally understandable that you want to check first. Ome.tv does have some moderation and reporting features which is better than a lot of other random chat sites out there. That said, it still connects you with random strangers on video, so there is always some risk involved especially for younger users. We would honestly recommend supervising if your daughter does use it, or maybe looking into platforms with stronger moderation like Chitchat.gg. Hope that helps!
