Hi Carlos! If other sites work fine then its probably a Tohla thing honestly. The platform is not the most technically advanced and video quality can be inconsistent. It also depends on the connection quality of the person you are matched with since video chat goes both ways. You could try closing other tabs and making sure nothing else is using your bandwidth, but if the problem persists its likely just the platform itself.
