Usually it drops when people report/skip a lot or if rules get triggered. Best way to recover is just normal chats, no spammy behavior, and complete your profile basics. It improves over time.

Hey Annika! Totally understand wanting something safer after bad experiences. Emerald Chat actually puts a lot more effort into moderation than most random chat sites.
