emerald chat karma thing confuses me, does low karma make less matches or what exactly

Hey Darren, fair question because they dont explain it super clearly. Karma is kind of a reputation score, if its low you can end up with slower matching and more limits. Usually it drops when people report/skip a lot or if rules get triggered. Best way to recover is just normal chats, no spammy behavior, and complete your profile basics. It improves over time.
